Our Story
Fifth Wall Properties was founded in 2020 by Giles Parry, following his graduation from the KLC School of Design. He was later joined by his sister-in-law, Katie Parry. Before establishing Fifth Wall Properties, both Giles and Katie enjoyed successful careers spanning more than 20 years in the finance industries of Asia and Europe respectively.
Having worked with clients on a wide range of property projects, alongside undertaking our own home renovations and self-build projects over many years, we understand what it takes to deliver a successful project. Listening carefully, remaining flexible, communicating consistently and maintaining a relentless attention to detail are fundamental to achieving the results our clients expect.
Every project is unique. We work closely with our clients throughout the process to ensure their needs are understood, their expectations are met and the process is as seamless as possible.
Based in West London and Henley-on-Thames, Fifth Wall Properties works across London, Berkshire and Oxfordshire.

At Fifth Wall, we believe great design starts with understanding how you live.
Our concept-driven approach begins with taking time to understand the current challenges in your home, your aspirations and how your needs may evolve in the future. We do not believe in imposing a particular style or aesthetic but rather work collaboratively with you to understand what you want from your home and, most importantly, how you want to live in it.

Design
Turning the concept into reality
From the initial concept through to detailed design, we work closely with our clients to develop a home that is both beautiful and considered.
Whether you require advice on colour and finishes or support with a complete design brief, we can provide as much or as little guidance as required. We develop layouts, select materials and finishes, source specialist products and work with skilled craftsmen and designers to ensure that every element contributes to the overall vision.
The concept remains at the heart of the process, creating a cohesive design that is personal to you while responding to the character and potential of the property.
Planning
Bringing the right expertise together
Every property presents its own opportunities and challenges. Our role is to bring together the right expertise to navigate and deliver the desired outcome.
We partner with architects, planning consultants, heritage consultants, structural engineers and other specialist advisers where required, coordinating the various elements of the project and ensuring that the design is developed with the relevant planning and technical considerations in mind.
For period and listed properties in particular, understanding the history and character of a building is an essential part of developing a sensitive and appropriate design.
Build
From drawings to reality
With the design and planning established, we manage the transition from paper to reality.
We source and collaborate with skilled artisans, craftsmen and trusted specialists who share our values of quality, sustainability and innovation. Throughout the build, we maintain close communication with our clients and oversee the detail, ensuring that the original design intent is maintained as the project progresses.
No detail is too small and no vision is too ambitious. From major structural work to the smallest finishing detail, we take pride in ensuring every element is delivered to the highest possible standard.
